OUR PROFILE

After Graduation in Commerce (B.com.) from Bombay University in the year 1982 and Degree in Law (L.L.B.) from Government Law Collage, Mumbai affiliated to Bombay University in the year 1988, Mr. Sandeep Dar completed Post Graduate Professional Degree of Company Secretary from Institute of Company Secretaries of India (ICSI), head quartered at New Delhi in the year 1989.

ICSI is a professional body constituted under the Act of Parliament (For detail visit www.icsi.edu). After training and obtaining certificates of Practice from Institute of Company Secretaries India in the year 1989, Mr. Sandeep Dar begins professional career as full time Practicing Company Secretary (PCS). In the professional career spanning over two decades, Mr. Sandeep Dar has gained experience, knowledge and expertise in all the aspects of Corporate Laws, Secretarial Practices, Finances, IPO Issues and other related subjects.

Sandeep Dar & Co. Company Secretaries is a proprietary firm of Mr. Sandeep Dar. Presently, it is operating from self owned 500 sq. ft. office from Vashi, Navi Mumbai, India. Mr. Sandeep Dar is assisted by six supporting staff consisting of qualified Company Secretary, Management Trainees and other supporting staff.

ACHIEVEMENT

Mr. Sandeep Dar was independent director and Member of Audit Committee on the Board of BSE Listed Company for three years. Past Chairman and Presently Management Committee Member, Mr. Sandeep Dar is the office bearer of Navi Mumbai Chapter of ICSI for last Ten years.
